Position Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our Vaccines Portfolio in the region. Reporting to the Vaccines Business Unit Director, this position is primarily field-based (Tartu and Tallinn) and offers the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet the needs of our customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and analyze customer needs, translating them into actionable insights for internal teams to optimize revenue generation.Decision Process Mapping: Map decision-making processes within key accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans for key accounts, capturing both short- and long-term opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective strategies that drive business growth and enhance our reputation as a trusted healthcare partner.Relationship Management: Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and productive collaboration.Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate strategic partnerships and manage resources effectively to ensure successful execution of plans.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (Sales/Marketing) or a relevant field (e.g., medicine, manufacturing, research, or healthcare)Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role. 3 to 5 years of experience in the health industry preferred.Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy and local healthcare/reimbursement systems.Fluency in Estonian and English is required.Strategic thinking and business management skills to analyze market dynamics and develop effective plans.Proven sales acumen to engage with customers and maximize sales opportunities.Excellent negotiation skills to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.Why Join Us?
