As **Key Account Manager Hospitals** within our Trade Team, you’ll be managing the commercial strategies and agreements for Sanofi Group medicines within your territory. This includes creating special offers, handling tenders, coordinating sales, and ensuring financial and operational efficiency. You will also support sales teams and manage pricing and debt recovery processes.

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Managing the results and being financially responsible for the business effect on Sanofi Group medicines in your territory.
+ Creating special offers and granting discounts to maximize the commercial offer.
+ Handling commercial agreements with Public and Private Hospitals, including contract preparation.
+ Building and implementing commercial and tender strategies for SANOFI Group medicines.
+ Managing pricing conditions for CLX tenders and coordinating sales of various drugs.
+ Supporting sales teams with tools, analyses, and market practices.
+ Making commercial decisions in tenders to ensure competitive pricing and winning bids.
+ Supporting the Head of Trade in pricing decisions.
+ Coordinating the sale of specific drugs and collaborating on oncology and hematology tenders.
+ Coordinating debt recovery with the Credit Control department.
+ Participating in projects to reduce DSO.
+ Managing the operating budget through expense control.
**_About you_**
+ **Experience** :
+ 3 years + experience in sales. Experience in Hospital market would be a great advantage.
+ **Soft and Technical skills** :
+ Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competition and products, theoretical and practical knowledge of the Public Procurement Law, elements of pharmaceutical law, the Civil Code in the field of concluding contracts and economic law,
+ Ability to manage sales channels
+ Open and energetic personality
+ High ability to build relationships
+ MS Office knowledge
+ **Education** : Bachelor and/or Master’s degree preferably in areas: Pharmacy, Physiotherapy
+ **Languages** : Fluent Polish and good English skills
