The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, showing proactivity and autonomy in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings to drive our business growth. **You will:** + Lead Qualification: Utilize BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) methodology or similar frameworks to effectively qualify potential leads. + Prospecting Activities: Engage in prospecting activities through outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to identify and engage leads. + Sales Engagement: Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients. + CRM Management: Accurately upload and manage deals in the CRM system, preferably Oracle Sales Cloud, to ensure streamlined tracking and reporting. + Lead Engagement: Maintain a hunter mentality, proactively pursuing and engaging potential leads to expand the sales pipeline. **You have:** Educational Background: + Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field. Experience: + Minimum of 2 years in outbound B2B or demand generation experience for appointment setters. + Experience in the technology sector, preferably in the data center industry, to develop a thorough understanding of our products. Technical Skills: + Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Oracle Sales Cloud. + Familiarity with prospection tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Account-Based Tools, preferably 6Sense. Language Skills: + English level C1 or equivalent proficiency.
