**What You Can Expect**
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with different functions and business units across EMEA, and occasionally with external stakeholders. The scope of work will range from routine administrative support to more substantive legal tasks, such as assisting in the drafting of agreements and other legal documents.
The Junior Paralegal will work alongside and support our legal counsels, helping them address legal needs efficiently and effectively. A key responsibility will include maintaining and updating our contract and corporate document database (Legisway), ensuring it remains accurate and complete.
As part of our broader efforts to streamline and improve legal operations, the Junior Paralegal will also play an important role in supporting process automation initiatives, helping our legal team focus on high-impact, strategic work.
**How You'll Create Impact**
As a **Junior Paralegal** , you'll play an important role in driving the digital transformation of our EMEA Legal Team—helping us modernize the way we work and freeing up time for lawyers to focus on impactful business matters. You'll be a key part of our efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency, while also gaining hands-on experience across a variety of legal tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supporting the **ongoing digitalization** of our legal function by helping keep our contract and corporate documents database (Legisway) fully up to date. This includes working with legal counsels to upload agreements and other key documentation.
+ Assisting with **administrative tasks** , such as organizing couriers (e.g., DHL), managing signatures, tracking documents, coordinating with notaries, and maintaining physical legal files across various systems.
+ Helping draft **basic legal documents** , including correspondence, contracts, amendments, and legal letters, under the close guidance and supervision of our legal counsels.
+ Organizing and maintaining **accurate filing and archiving** , tailored to the needs of each legal counsel.
+ Providing **ad-hoc support on special projects** and assisting legal team members as needed across a variety of topics.
+ Supporting **settlement processes** in litigation matters.
+ Ensuring **accurate and timely updates** to project status spreadsheets and contract databases.
+ Providing general **team support** , including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and assisting with internal and external events (including off-site meetings).
+ Helping to prepare and format **presentation materials and slides** when needed.
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ **Strong time management skills** – you’ll be juggling multiple tasks and projects, so being organized and able to prioritize is key.
+ **Fluency in English is a must** , and good knowledge of **German** is also required. If you speak **Spanish, Italian, or French** , that’s a great bonus (but not a requirement).
+ You’re **well-organized** , reliable, and pay close attention to detail – you know how to keep things on track and accurate.
+ You enjoy working with others and have **great communication and interpersonal skills** .
+ You’re a **team player** who’s comfortable reporting to your manager and supporting legal counsels across the department.
+ You’re happy to pitch in – whether it’s helping with admin tasks or getting involved in more complex legal work as you grow in the role.
+ You’re **curious, proactive** , and take pride in doing things thoroughly and correctly.
**Your Background**
+ **Fluent in both German and English** – you’ll be working in a multilingual environment and interacting with colleagues across EMEA.
+ Some **experience in an administrative or CRM-related position** – you’re comfortable managing data, handling documents, and staying organized.
