**Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 13 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow. + Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization to optimize system performance. + Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations. + Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and system efficiency. + Configure SFDC settings to align with business processes and requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs. + Ensure the scalability and reliability of SFDC solutions to support business growth. + Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SFDC features. + Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. + Develop and enforce SFDC development standards and guidelines to ensure code quality. + Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in SFDC Integration Development & Customization Service Cloud Lightning and Configuration. + Should have a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domain processes. + Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions. + Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. + Should have experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members. + Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering results. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Should have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. + Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements. **Certifications Required** Salesforce Architect certified Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
