**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Associate and Senior Back end Role with 10 to 12 years of experience in Java and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and domain expertise in Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for complex projects. + Oversee the development and implementation of Java-based solutions to meet business needs. + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive business decisions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. + Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and technical specifications. + Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements. + Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the highest quality standards. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate testing activities. + Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions. + Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong technical background in Java with at least 10 years of experience. + Demonstrate expertise in Analytics with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights. + Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. + Show proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools. + Have experience working in a hybrid work model. + Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). + Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Have experience in facilitating meetings and workshops. + Be familiar with data visualization tools and techniques. + Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
