We are currently looking for a passionate IT Technician to join our international IT Team to increase the service level for our Danfoss Group users located in our Çerkezköy factory while offering remote and physical support to the surrounding branch offices in Istanbul and in other countries. This position will be located in Turkey (Tekirdağ) and it comes as a response to business growth in the area.
You will become part of an ambitious and competent team consisting of 5 technically strong colleagues, and together with them you will be a key player in connection with effective problem solving in error situations. As the successful applicant, you will be technically curious, up to date on the latest technologies and able to coordinate tasks and act as a single point of contact.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Carry out tasks in error situations, both "Incidents" and "Service Requests”. Provide remote IT support for Danfoss users in a client system area (hardware, Windows, MS Office, other software) Proactive monitoring of incident. Advise and instruct users in IT systems and products. Participate in testing and documentation of hardware and software as well as problem analysis. Ensure knowledge creation if needed (knowledge base) Participate in IT projects. Advise users about products and solutions to requirements. Provide solutions that meet the needs of business and users in accordance to Service Level Agreements Deliver high quality in solutions and do things right to minimize incidents and problems. The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor’s degree in related areas. Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support field. Ability to travel Danfoss locations in Istanbul and Tekirdağ, and when needed Danfoss locations in other countries. Demonstrates ability for collaboration and teamwork, also in virtual and international context. Able to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity. Takes initiative and responsibility. Very good communications skills with professional work attitude. Ability to handle and prioritize several important tasks simultaneously. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, MS Office 365, all Windows OS and ITIL processes will be an asset. Native in Turkish, fluency in English.
