\nThe IT Executive is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. This role ensures the smooth operation of all IT systems and provides technical support to staff and guests. The IT Executive also plays a key role in troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies, and maintaining IT security standards.

What will I be doing?
\nAs the IT Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and software.\nProvide technical support to staff, addressing and resolving IT issues efficiently and professionally.\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications.\nAssist in the management and support of wireless networks and internet access for guests and staff.\nSolve technical and operational problems according to user reports.\nOperate the computer hardware and software under the direction of his immediate superior.\nPerform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned.\nSolve guest IT questions with minimum risk and improve guest satisfaction according to defined criteria.\nEnsure ownership of all hotel data and ensure that data is backed up in a timely manner.\nEnsure that hotel data is secured in accordance with stated standards and best practices.\nEnsure access controls are consistent with stated standards and best practices to ensure room access registration and safety.\nIdentify, evaluate and implement local solutions to the extent agreed by the regional Deputy General Manager of Information Technology.\nAdhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in an IT support or systems administration role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications. \nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical staff effectively.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \n\n\n
