**Summary:** An opportunity exists to join the Southern Europe Mid-Market team as the MidMarket Sales Leader for Israel.The Israeli market is known for its strong, dynamic start up and VC ecosystem, technological advancements, and innovative business culture making it an attractive market for companies looking to tap into new opportunities. Israel is a dynamic market boosting some of the highest levels of digital adoption worldwide. This offers a wealth of opportunity for our Mid-Market Israeli clients that look at Meta platforms as one of the main tools to scale and expand their business internationally.Success in this position requires you to have a passion for our company mission, a true passion for people, consultative sales coaching skills, strategic and transactional sales leadership as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a great passion for helping highly ambitious people to achieve results and grow their careers.In addition to developing an engaged and high performing consultative sales team, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with other cross-functional teams across Meta at market and regional level to fuel our emerging technologies across AI, automation and the immersive capabilities of the Metaverse. **Required Skills:** Israel MidMarket Sales Leader Responsibilities: 1. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue quota and year on year growth targets. 2. Foster a environment that prioritizes people and embodies Meta's values, with a focus on team collaboration 3. Talent development including recruiting, training, coaching, mentorship and career guidance to empower all team members to reach their full potential. 4. Develop and lead strategic programs to grow the business in partnership with our internal cross-functional partners across creative, business product marketing, marketing science and business engineering. 5. Nurture a client centric approach in all that we do - focus on understanding client sentiment with a targeted approach to accelerate customer satisfaction and net promoter score. 6. Foster executive and C-Suite client relationships both internally and externally to show-case innovative practices and solutions. 7. Establish team goals and support direct reports by manager co-selling in client meetings in order to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets. 8. Communicate market feedback and product needs to the rest of the organization as appropriate. 9. Lead sales operational efficiency, accelerating product adoption of Meta’s product suite. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. Proven track record of exceeding key performance metrics, goals and sales revenue quotas on a quarterly and annual basis. 11. Create and foster a positive team spirit based on trust and a sense of community. 12. Track record of inspiring, leading and developing others, leveraging programs to enhance team health, coaching team'ss efficiency 13. Define and execute sales growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, business engineering) in order to accelerate revenue growth and improve client satisfaction. 14. Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience across full funnel marketing campaigns and tactics to drive brand awareness, discovery, demand generation and conversion. 15. Build trust with C Level Stakeholders - delivering a consultative sales approach to develop client partnerships. 16.
