Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.The work model for the role is #LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Services globally.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tActs as a Subject Matter Expert and focal point in consumer device management service area including Windows endpoints, Mobile endpoints iOS/Android, Mac devices.•\tKey contributor to the overall design, transformation of the automated device provisioning process.•\tWorks with the Architecture team to create state of the art solution aligned with core IS strategy and landscape.•\tTranslate business requirements in a technical solution meeting business demand.•\tCoordinates incidents and changes as needed. Receive and manage escalations.•\tCollaborates with Service Desk/Expert Desk/Vendors for ensuring faster resolution of incidents.•\tCollaborates with other teams to maintain operational efficiency.•\tSteers internal teams as well as supplier to achieve operational excellence.•\tIdentifies, delivers and manages the CSI.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or similar\tCertifications required- ITIL v4 Foundation, Microsoft Azure\tCertifications preferred- JAMF 200 or 300\tExperience with enterprise grade end-to-end device management is critical to success
