Primary Job Function:

1. Lead and conduct internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the Abbott Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures) for all business operations in Abbott China. 

Lead and conduct all investing ations for alleged or identified potential violations, including cases identified from compliance monitoring program.Assist HQ Investigation Team to conduct interviews of alleged potential serious violations. 

2. Provide investigation/violation trend analysis and findings, identify improving areas in the company’s policies, procedures, and training as well as compliance enforcement in business operations to improve compliance work in China.

3. Develop expertise and skills to improve investigation efficiency and quality.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Industry Experiences:  

1. Ideally the candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or health care industry.

2. Mutinational company working experience, particularly big 4 is preferred.

3. Sound knowledge and understanding of China external environment and various market / business practices.

Position Experiences:

1. Investigator or investigation manager position in compliance, audit at large pharmaceutical or medical device company. Legal consultant or forensice expert with investigation experience.

Language Skills：

1. Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin, both spoken and written. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Computer Skills:

1. Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.

Mobility:

1. Based in Shanghai

2. 20% time of travel, mostly within China.

Certificate Required:

1. Bachelor's or above degree required.
