We're seeking a vibrant Inventory and Admin Manager to coordinate our daily warehouse and distribution activities. Be a key player in our award-winning supply chain team and help us deliver excellence! 🚚✨

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nResponsibility and accountability for all Inventory for DHL & Customer owned stock, developing and maintaining effective inventory process, incorporating warehouse management systems\nManaging and ensuring all Admin tasks are maintained and monitored on a regular basis, with all required reports updated in line with SLA reporting.\nAudit internal departments in order to identify areas for improvement to avoid inventory integrity issues\nEnsure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)\nAttend daily meeting including Performance Dialogue representing Inventory\nWork close with the Finance Team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with budget\nManage and plan location mapping for T departments as required\n\n

\n\nInventory management experience is essential\nTeam management experience is essential (up to 15 people)\nStrong communication skills (verbal & written)\nStakeholder management and engagement\nWMS experience, JDA and SOP\nAnalytical & numerical competency\n\n
