With a focus on immunology that extends to innovation in diabetes and transplant medicines, we pursue progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. **Main responsibilities:** + Support the implementation and operationalization of the medical transformation roadmap across global and local teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic projects from pre-launch to post launch excellence + Contribute to building and scaling new operation models, integrating data AI and innovative digital tools to maximize impact + Assist in delivering effective communication strategies and stakeholders engagement plans to support the global medical transformation + Help establish clear key impact indicators and monitor the effectiveness of medical initiatives through impact dashboards + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to the company’s standard operating procedures as well as the pharmaceutical codes of practice at all time _About you_ + **Soft and technical skills** : organization, curiosity, interpersonal skills.
