Responsibilities:

Support and enhance a homegrown ETL solution utilizing scripting (Python, Shell, etc.) and SQL technologies.

Design, develop, and implement custom ETL solutions leveraging AWS Glue or SSIS packages for data integration and transformation.

Provide production support for integrations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and timely issue resolution.

Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and queries to enhance database performance.

Create custom reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools to support business intelligence needs.

Perform database optimization tasks, including indexing, query tuning, and schema enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and integration between systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL development, and database management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Experience with AWS Glue, SSIS

Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)

Hands-on experience with data transformation, cleansing, and integration.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for databases and ETL pipelines.

Ability to troubleshoot and support production ETL processes.
