Assistant Vice President or Associate, Insurance Linked Securities Responsibilities: This position obtains following responsibilities, but not limited to; -Create client proposals -Assist project managements -Assist origination and structuring of insurance linked securities (“ILS”) transactions -Client support to ensure smooth execution of the transaction and post-transaction period such as reset and premium payment if necessary -Analyse client exposure and optimize Aon’s proposal -Work with Aon Securities colleagues in other countries to leverage inhouse expertise and market knowledge -Explore new business opportunities in Japan and APAC region such as corporate cat bond businesses through collaboration with Aon Commercial Risk team Qualification: Minimum of 2 years working experience handling insurance/reinsurance and financial products Analytical thinking Strong ability of math and science Native level Japanese language skills to command business (speaking, listening, and writing) Fluent English in communication (speaking, listening and writing ) Competencies: this position must have following behaviour; Accountability, ownership and commitment Innovative mind set Business result oriented 2559518
