**A Day in the Life**
**MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (may include the following and other duties may be assigned):**
• This is a temporary position.
• Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
• Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
• Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
• Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
• Provide exceptional customer service to our external and internal customers.
• Process orders before cut-off time and in accordance with quality requirements, to customer’s requirements and Medtronic quality standards.
• Answer customer questions relating to our products, pricing, replacements/substitutes, order tracking and back orders ETAs.
• Transact warranty replacement pump and loaner shipments and returns, supply and/or pump sales orders in the system in accordance with procedures.
• Transact recurring orders for customer supply orders
• Salesforce opportunity administration and outbound service calls
• Customer follow-up regarding Warranty pump and Continuation of Therapy loan pumps overdue returns.
• Provide basic customer services over the phone.
• Answer customer questions relating but not limited to: products, pricing, product replacements or substitutes, order tracking, back orders ETAs.
• Participate in all training courses/ sessions required by Medtronic, to achieve expected certifications, operating procedures and product knowledge necessary to providing exceptional customer service
• Participate in scheduled shifts, which may include covering business hours 8:00AM8:00PM.

• Proactive Customer focus: enjoys being on the phone, pro-actively searching for information needed to service customers.
• Proficiency in verbal & written English and French
• Acute attention to details and superior organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS software and order entry systems.
• Proven multi-tasking, probing, analyzing and problem resolution ability in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, sustain initiatives of the Order Desk Department and provide back up support to the team
• Highly organized – good time management skills
