As an Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will influence and be directly responsible for the development of your Requirement Area. This means that you will collaborate closely with different stakeholders through the whole company in defining the roadmap of products, organize the teams and team members to successfully deliver the requirements and at the same time take care of their professional growth within Infobip. 

In this role, you will lead several engineering teams responsible for development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of elements of Infobip’s internal infrastructure. 
 
What will you do at Infobip? 

You will lead, coordinate, and organize a high-performing requirement area, consisting of several feature teams. 

Being involved in driving technical initiatives ensuring efficient collaboration with all included parties while working in close coordination with the other peers and stakeholders from Infobip 

You will be accountable for the delivery of the requirement area by ensuring a productive work environment and removing impediments. 

You will ensure alignment with company level priorities and coordinate with other requirement areas and departments. 

You will track the performance and motivation of his requirement area members, identify competency gaps and support people’s growth. 

You will drive recruitment, retention, and scaling plans in coordination with People Operations, ensuring optimal requirement area growth. 

You will make sure processes, products, and services within RA follow high standards of technical excellence and fit well with the rest of the internal network and system infrastructure. 
 

Qualifications 

More about you: 

• You have a successful track record of leading teams. 

• You have strong technical/engineering background (Networking, Firewalls, routing, switching WIFI, NAC, System administration/engineering, Microsoft products (AD, SCCM, Hyper-V, licensing,), VMware virtualization, Veeam Backup, etc...) 

• You have to focus on engineering culture combined with an ability to shape it. 

• You are capable to recognize and align business and technical needs. 

• You have experience in leading and developing technical initiatives on large-scale products. 

• You have experience in leading larger organizational setups, multiple teams or similar. 

• You are experienced in developing team members’ career paths. 

• You can communicate well, on the right level of abstraction depending on the audience. 

• You can communicate transparently, and you can give a presentation. 

• You have a strong understanding and experience in agile methodologies. 

• You can establish productive cooperation with cross-functional teams or departments. 

• You have experience in the selection process, with emphasis on interviewing skills. 

• You are fluent in the English language. 
 

Nice to have qualifications: 
 

• Additional knowledge of agile practices, e.g., LeSS framework. 

• Experience in working in an international environment. 

• Experience In combining different technologies and vendors to create and shape a sustainable and scalable internal infrastructure and taking responsibilities on costs tracking.
