**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Mainframe security administration specifically RACF. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and securing mainframe environments and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our systems. Experience in Billing and Revenue Management is a plus. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Manage and secure mainframe environments using RACF. + Ensure the integrity and security of mainframe systems. + Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. + Monitor and audit mainframe security to identify and address vulnerabilities. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mainframe security issues. + Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security. + Develop and maintain documentation for mainframe security processes. + Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses. + Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. + Train and mentor junior staff on mainframe security best practices. + Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address security needs. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in Mainframe security administration specifically RACF. + Have a solid understanding of security policies and procedures. + Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Show proficiency in monitoring and auditing security systems. + Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills. + Have experience in conducting security assessments and risk analyses. + Be knowledgeable about industry standards and regulations. + Experience in Billing and Revenue Management is a plus. + Ability to train and mentor junior staff effectively. + Strong documentation skills for security processes. + Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. + Experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning. + Strong stakeholder management skills to address security needs. **Certifications Required** Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is required.
