**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules including Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow capabilities and ensuring seamless integration across various modules. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. + Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow. + Provide expertise in ServiceNow Secops to enhance security operations and incident response. + Manage the ServiceNow ITAM module to optimize asset management and tracking. + Implement and maintain ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management. + Develop and support ServiceNow HRSD to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience. + Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to enhance IT service management and improve service delivery. + Implement ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions. + Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow capabilities. + Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform. + Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient and secure IT operations positively impacting society. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM. + Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. + Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. + Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. + Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
