IIB + FTM Developer
**Exp** : 4-12 years **Location** : Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/Kolkata **Roles & Responsibilities:** Payments SME with extensive experience in implementing IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM). The candidate should have prior experience in leading the overall FTM solution definition, design, configuration, testing, migration & support phases. The candidate should have SME level expertise in IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM). **Job Duties:** • Techno-functional lead for IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) implementation including Requirement Analysis, Integration Design, configuration, transformation, migration, QA support, Go Live support, and Production Support. • Facilitate and drive requirement elicitation meetings, workshops, demonstrations etc. with different IT & Business stakeholders. • Lead efforts for IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) configuration, clearing message support, integrations, and test support. **Qualification & Experience:** • 6+ years of overall IT experience. • 6+ Years of experience as an expert in IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) product. • 3+ Years of experience in other IBM products such as IIB, WTX and MQ • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • SME level expertise in IBM FTM configuration, migration, uplift, and testing. • Familiar with Payments messaging standards such as SWIFT, Canada Lynx, Canada ACSS, Interac. • Familiar with SOA design principles and very well versed with Web Services and XML technologies • Experience with Linux/Unix platforms and expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis. • Strong software development background along with Java programming background with emphasis on systems integration • Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc.) • Excellent communication skills - Fluent Oral and Written English, good convincing skills, and market analysis skills Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
