You’ll take what they created and make it even better for those who come after you. **What about the role?** Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for implementation, execution and auditing of systems related to Health, Safety and Environment in line with company policies, standards and legal requirements at Alaşehir Plant **What you will be doing?** + Running HSE Management Systems in accordance with legal requirements and company standards (GRMS) in the plant + To ensure the up-to-date of HSE Management Systems documents + Carry out audits within the scope of GRMS and SFIP, report the findings and monitor the completion of the actions and to support the factories where necessary. + To support risk analysis and HSE training activities at the plant + To make root causes and support improvement areas by participating in the analysis of accidents at the plant + Ensuring the compliance status of occupational safety and environmental legislation at the plant + To help identify and track action to achieve Diageo Sustainability Goals in the plant + Carrying out occupational safety specialist and environmental officer responsibilities for the company's needed locations + Participating actively to the company wide HSE Projects + To co-manage the waste water treatment plant + Key stakeholders will be: Alaşehir plant, Headquarter HSE team, third party HSE consultants and companies. **What we are looking for** + University degree in Engineering (preferably environmental engineering) + Certified as a Class A Occupational Safety Expert (mandatory) + Preferably with environmental officer certificate + At least 3 years of experience in the field of HSE at production, construction site and flammable/flammable material experience + Good knowledge of English + Good knowledge of basic MS Office applications + Having a Class B driver's license, active driving and no travel barriers + To be familiar with the relevant legal regulations and standards + Strong communication, prone to teamwork, presentation skills, creative . **Diversity statement:** Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
