Rendez-le possible.** **_Principal partenaire RH auprès des leaders et managers sur le périmètre concerné sur les thématiques suivantes :_** + • Conseils stratégiques sur les principaux enjeux RH de votre périmètre : organisationnel, management de la performance, rétention des talents, rémunérations et avantages sociaux + • Leader des transformations organisationnels et de l’accompagnement du changement au sein de votre périmètre + • Animation du cycle Talent & Performance pour votre périmètre (évaluation de mi et fin d’année, revue des talents) + • Identification, suivi et développement des Talents au sein de votre périmètre + • Accompagnement de vos leaders business l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de l’approche d’engagement du périmètre concerné (engagement survey) + • Accompagnement et conseil auprès de votre leader fonctionnel et du service Talent Acquisition sur l’attractivité de votre périmètre et les recrutements associés + • Collaboration avec les équipes People Service (People Expérience, paye, rewards etc) autour des sujets opérationnels et individuels RH + • Participation ad hoc aux instances représentatives de personnel en fonction des sujets à l’ordre du jour concernant votre périmètre **_Compétences requises / expérience :_** + • Bac + 5 en IEP, école de commerce, EAE, université avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines + • 8/10 ans d’expérience généraliste RH dans l'ensemble du cycle collaborateur (recrutement, gestion des talents, gestion de la performance etc) + • Capacité à naviguer et influencer dans un environnement complexe et matriciel à collaborer avec les différentes centres d'expertise (recrutement, rewards, admin..) + • Capable d'engager, d'influencer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation + • Très bonnes capacités d'organisation, capacité à gérer les priorités, bonnes capacités d'analyse + • Capacité à élaborer des solutions pragmatiques et opérationnelles en prenant en compte de multiples facteurs + • Capacité à développer une vision et des convictions personnelles et à les défendre auprès de ses leaders + • Posture de coach et de partenaire business + • Business acumen + • Connaissance d'un SIRH, idéalement Workday + • Capacités à collaborer avec les syndicats + • Anglais courant **Relocation Support Available?** **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
