**Job Description**
Danfoss Climate Solutions HR is looking for a passionate and highly motivated **HR People Partner** , who is seeking new opportunities in a global environment. You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business. In this position you will report to the Senior Manager, HR People Partnering for Argentina, Brazil, Chile & Colombia and your office will be in our location in Osasco, São Paulo.
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ In this role, you will focus on organizational capability, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development.
+ You will act as a sparring partner to our management to support the ongoing organizational development and growth of the unit.
+ _Guides, coaches, develops and supports leaders/people managers on people topics, enhancing the employee experience in compliant with local employment laws._
+ Apart from establishing and executing the full cycle of business partnering, you will develop, train and support the leadership excellence for our leaders. Among these tasks you will implement the key leadership processes around performance and talent, foster a good collaboration across the unit as well as participate in cross-organizational projects and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with leaders to promote company culture and an inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
+ Relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent).
+ HR business partnering experience within a global, industrial environment.
+ A proactive, out-of-the box thinker with the will to challenge and question the status-quo.
+ Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under infamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
+ A good understanding of organizational changes and experience in leading transformations and organizational development.
+ Advanced or proficient in English Language is required.
+ Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
