You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business. In this position you will report to the Senior Manager, HR People Partnering for Argentina, Brazil, Chile & Colombia and your office will be in our location in Osasco, São Paulo. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: + In this role, you will focus on organizational capability, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development. + You will act as a sparring partner to our management to support the ongoing organizational development and growth of the unit. + _Guides, coaches, develops and supports leaders/people managers on people topics, enhancing the employee experience in compliant with local employment laws._ + Apart from establishing and executing the full cycle of business partnering, you will develop, train and support the leadership excellence for our leaders.
