Deine künftige Rolle•In dieser Position agierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen dem HR-Team und all unseren Kolleg*innen•Weiterentwicklung des gesamten HR-Business-Partner-Bereichs in operativen und strategischen Prozessen •Schaffung einer wertschätzenden Kultur in einem sich schnell ändernden Umfeld•Aktive Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen •Planung und Umsetzung von Performance Management und Organisationsentwicklung•Zusammen mit unserer internationalen Community berätst du dich zu Themen wie Planethic, Performance Program, Talent Management, etc.•Übernahme von HR relevanten Projekten und Betreuung unserer HR-Tools Das bringt dich in die Poleposition•Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich•Du hast bereits mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dieser Rolle sammeln können, idealerweise in einem Konzernumfeld•Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht•Du überzeugst mit deiner Kommunikationsfähigkeit•Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich •Mit deiner Hands-On-Mentalität unterstützt du das bestehende Team•Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift•Du hast eine Affinität für den Umgang mit verschiedenen Tools, Erfahrung mit Sage und Workday von Vorteil

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 3.800,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
