HR Business Partner
**Job Description** Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience. Act as an HR liaison in support of 1,000 employees, including professional and skilled trades (75% unionized). Support a broad range of HR areas including employee relations, investigations, EEO compliance, labor relations, succession planning, talent management, training and development, compensation, and benefits. Manage HR-related projects, including implementation of new HR systems, processes, and programs. Interpreting and enforcing compliance with the collective bargaining agreement Conduct internal employee relations investigations by assembling facts and general information. Finalize investigations and maintain associated paperwork. Write investigation summaries and report results to HR Director. Provide proactive employee relations and labor relations and partner with assigned managers to create a culture that supports business growth or business rightsizing. Support business activities that support a culture that is diverse and inclusive. Create and maintain SharePoint site. Act as a change agent for key HR and business changes. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role. **Skills:** * Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to build strong relationships with leadership, employees, and other stakeholders. * Strong analytical and data analysis skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. **Knowledge:** * Employment laws and regulations. * HR best practices and trends. * Talent management and development principles. * Compensation and benefits design and administration. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + HR Certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) a plus + Experience in Labor Relations/Unions a plus + Experience in Workforce Planning or Succession Planning a plus + Experience in Change Management, Process Improvement, or Organizational Transformation a plus **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
