Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to play a pivotal role in our esteemed Hilton family. Join us in upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality standards.

Pay Rate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n\n

A Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nLead, train and supervise room/suite attendants and housepersons on the floor \nManage daily housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms\nAssesses inventory of, assigns, inspects and verifies and reports status of rooms/suites to esure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner\nManage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation\nMonitors payroll reports, work schedules and lost and found program\nAssist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward\n Keeps designated inventories (i.e. linen, etc.) and ensures stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies\nCommunicates and coordinates with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of items related to guestrooms and public areas.\nOversee and conduct room inspections\nRecruit, interview and train team members\n\n
