As Hotel Manager, you’ll play a critical role in preserving the legacy of the Waldorf brand while driving the daily operations of the property. You’ll lead with purpose and precision to ensure an exceptional guest experience and optimal financial performance.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n\nLead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, and company policy compliance
\n\n\nRespond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a focus on luxury service and Forbes standards
\n\n\nChampion team member engagement and development across all departments—coaching, scheduling, evaluating, and recognizing leadership and frontline team members
\n\n\nOversee quality, operational efficiency, standards compliance, guest satisfaction, and service and financial measurements
\n\n\nIdentify and correct gaps in performance, productivity, and efficiency
\n\n\nSupport recruitment, interviewing, and training of top-tier hospitality talent
\n\n\nActively participate in hotel-wide meetings and cross-functional initiatives
\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\nLeadership experience in a Director level or Hotel Manager level role. \n3+ years luxury experience. \nDemonstrated track record of successful team leadership and operational excellence.\nStrong ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.\n\nSince being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
