\nWhat Will You Be Doing?\nAs Hotel Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and the driving force behind daily operations, leading a high-performing team with heart and precision. You will:
\n\n\nOversee hotel operations and all key guest-facing departments, including Food & Beverage
\n\n\nChampion service excellence and quality assurance processes
\n\n\nDrive profitability and guest satisfaction metrics
\n\n\nLead as acting GM in their absence
\n\n\nCollaborate closely with ownership and Hilton leadership
\n\n\nHire, mentor, and develop top-tier talent
\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\n3+ years of director level experience managing multiple departments or 5+ years of director level experience managing a single department\nStrong Rooms and/or Food and Beverage background\n\nPreferred Qualifications:
