**Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Intern to join our team at our facility. As a Technical Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the analysis and development of our RFID system, as well as providing computer networking assistance to ensure seamless system operation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze RFID system behavior by monitoring health indicators, reviewing log files, and documenting findings to identify areas for improvement * Develop software applications for our handheld RFID scanner, tools, and desktop system health monitor using a range of programming languages, including Android, Visual Basic, and Python * Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and test new software features and tools to enhance system efficiency and productivity * Provide computer networking support to ensure the system operates correctly on the network and can communicate with necessary devices * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and provide recommendations for system improvements **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** * Currently enrolled in High School * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel * Basic understanding of software programming constructs, including data types, variables, control structures, and functions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $35090 - $48832 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
