Head of MT NKA and Ecommerce

JOB PURPOSE:

Overall responsibility for driving business National Minimarket (IDM, IDG and SAT, Midi), Hyper-Supermarket (LSI, Matahari Group, SBL, Yogya and more) also E Commerce (Enabler and Direct E-commerce Platform)Plays a lead role in driving a Key account Manager and other stakeholder to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships.Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts.Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues.Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity.Develop and execute the annual business plans with all the above accountsSupply chain management ( setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting)Financial management (overall accountability for collection, credit index, profitability and cost to sales for these National Accounts)Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external)Category management (consumer promotions, plannogramming, advisory role)Organize Top to Top meetings with the Global retailers (meeting between Retailer’s top management and ANI top management)

 REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years' experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Key Accounts and E CommerceAccount Management and Strategic Omni ChannelSharp negotiation and influencing skillsUnderstanding of the retail environment Analytical skillsNetworking and strong orientation towards customer managementAbility to handle pressure in a dynamic environmentAbility to handle complex and diverse business situation
