Job Description

Passionate about data governance with hands-on impact? Want to shape how a global company manages its most critical data?

We are seeking a Head of Data Management to lead the governance, quality, and operational management of our group employee and company structure data. This is a global role responsible for defining strategic data models, policies, and standards while also ensuring hands-on operational excellence.

You will manage a team of 10 data professionals and collaborate closely with IT, business units, and support functions to drive high-quality, reliable, and structured data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Define & implement data governance standards for employee and company structure data.Oversee data quality monitoring, issue resolution, and operational processes.Lead the design and evolution of data models and concepts, ensuring alignment with business needs.Own internally developed data management tools, setting requirements and guiding development.Manage and develop a team of data professionals, balancing strategy with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields, with prior team leadership experience.Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Experience managing data operations, quality processes, and issue resolution.Skilled in stakeholder management across IT and business functions.Comfortable working in a global, complex organizational environment.
