Sanofi in Geel is seeking an experienced professional as Head of Contamination Control. In this quality leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive contamination control programs aligned with our organizational strategy and quality objectives.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies and procedures for contamination controlEnsure compliance of products and processes with applicable regulatory requirements and  company quality standardsIdentify, track, and mitigate contamination and microbiological risksOversee production activities related to aseptic practices and contamination controlMonitor performance metrics and establish key performance indicators for contamination control activitiesLead and manage the contamination control teamCollaborate with Digital and Quality functions to implement innovative solutionsRepresent the company in interactions with external regulatory bodies

About youAdvanced degree in Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fieldExtensive experience in microbiology in pharmaceutical manufacturingStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to microbial control in manufacturingProven leadership and team management experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities
