**Job Summary** As a GRC Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining governance risk and compliance frameworks. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management and audit management processes. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Implement and maintain governance risk and compliance frameworks to ensure organizational integrity. + Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. + Develop and execute audit management plans to ensure compliance with industry standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into daily operations. + Monitor and report on risk management activities to senior management. + Provide guidance and support to teams on risk mitigation strategies. + Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to address compliance gaps. + Ensure that all risk management activities align with organizational goals and objectives. + Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness across the organization. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in risk management. + Utilize risk management tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. + Support the development of policies and procedures related to governance risk and compliance. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and frameworks. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. + Demonstrate experience in audit management and compliance processes. + Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Show proficiency in using risk management software and tools. + Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Hold a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
