We are currently looking for the new **General Manager Surgery CEE Direct Markets.**
The role has end to end responsibility to drive CEE Surgery business with full P&L ownership and responsibility as Campus Leader MedTech CEE North (Poland & Baltics). This dual role involves leading regional franchise operations while ensuring overall campus management with strong leadership, subject matter expertise, and ownership to drive business success.
Franchise Management:
+ Develop and implement franchise strategies to support the growth and profitability.
+ Provide guidance and support to ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
+ Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of franchise locations to identify areas for improvement.
+ Organize training sessions and resources to enhance teams operational knowledge and skills.
+ Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
+ Full responsibility & ownership of CEE Surgery P&L and target achievement.
Campus Lead CEE North:
+ Partner across on local operational priorities, engaging on country-specific issues, and coordinating resources to address.
+ Enable and facilitate improvements, working with appropriate leaders to drive accountability for developing and implementing improvement plans, and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
+ Lead crisis management efforts.
+ Share best practices to drive continuous improvement.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Directs the development and preparation of short-term and long-range sales/profitability and other goals plans and budgets based upon the broad Business Unit goals and growth objectives.
+ Makes timely decisions and balances short-term needs with longer term strategic impact.
+ Develops and establishes business unit operating policies consistent with the policies and objectives as set by the top leadership in the organization and insures their execution.
+ Maximizes business unit performance and productivity from insight generation to strategy development. Increased number of decision makers/stakeholders in external environment requires changes in structure, sales process and value proposition
+ Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results.
+ Identifies, directs and participates in acquisition and future growth activities, including investigations, evaluations, and negotiations in accordance with Business Unit objectives.
+ Builds organizational capability and allocates appropriate resources to achieve growth goals.
+ Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth.
+ Maintains a sound plan of Business Unit organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.
+ Ensures sound services and working relationships with key staff of important customers and vendors, with outside services such as consultants, legal counsel, advertising agencies, and regulatory agencies, and with outside public and governmental bodies.
+ Implement global BU strategies, ensure successful launches, ensure appropriate resource allocations, and deliver against BP targets to optimize growth
+ Shape the external environment by developing deep customer and competitor insights & relationships with key stakeholders
+ Leverage market insights to create new commercial models and innovative solutions that optimize stakeholder value and drive growth
+ Create strategic direction to respond to external market shifts and win within the market
+ Facilitate evaluating market trends and competitors’ activities. Constantly look for market & business development opportunities. Initiate and assess external sales and joint venture partners
+ Apply leadership to create a high performing, agile and customer-focused organization.
+ Drive and represent the Surgery business.
+ Plays a key role in shaping the external environment. Builds an engaged workforce and establish a plan for continuous workforce development.
+ Leads and coaches the team.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** :
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in franchise management and general business operations.
+ Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
+ 8-10 years of experience in healthcare industry
+ min. 8 years of management experience
+ Experience in an international company is preferred
+ Effective presentation skills
+ Fluent in English Language
