Your role and responsibilities-\tAdministrative support: Proactively help GM to manage GM's calendar and schedule. Arrange meeting and coordinate with appointments. Prepare necessary documents for meetings and events; To organize internal or external meetings, to ensure that the necessary arrangement required for the successful meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda, office facilitates, take and distribute meeting minutes and tracking actions, etc.-\tDocumentation: Prepares good quality documentation and assists in researching, compiling, verifying, analyzing, proof-reading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.-\tCommunication: Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date. -\tEvents: Supports planning of events, promotes and participates in community programs and performs other tasks to positively promote the Company’s image.-\tExternal Relationships: Support on maintain good relationship at all levels of government, public services and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance the organization’s business interests.-\tOther: Special tasks assigned by GM.
Qualifications for the role-\tBachelor degree or above.-\t3+ years experience of secretary or team assistant in multi-national company.-\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skill.-\tSkilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.-\tExcellent in MS Office software.-\tFluent in English both written and reading.
