Interning as a Global Supplier Operations Intern, you will:

Assist in the execution and monitoring of supplier performance processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize supplier metrics and operational data.Analyze data from multiple sources related to supplier spend, performance, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and insights.Define and communicate any discrepancies or misalignments in data to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.Ensure the accuracy of provided information by verifying it against the latest changes in the Underpinning Contract.Manage a SharePoint site by creating and maintaining lists, libraries, views, permissions, and workflows to support team collaboration and documentation.

What should you know / have:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Proactive, open-minded, and easy-going attitude.Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of Power BI and Jira is a plus.
