**Overview**
The Global Programmatic Consultant is a key role within the programmatic team, responsible for the implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns. You will work closely with the Programmatic Director and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**
+ Media Planning Excellence: Develop media plans that align with client KPIs and deliver optimal commercial outcomes for Publicis Media. Ensure accuracy in all calculations and seek opportunities to showcase innovative approaches and proven campaign strategies.
+ Test and Learn: Create and execute test and learn roadmaps with a focus on robust test designs, hypotheses, and measurement. Embrace a test-and-learn culture across emerging solutions in the market.
+ Operational Excellence: Set-up, manage and monitor campaigns and drive operational efficiencies through automation and smart thinking. Organize workflows and implement a process-driven approach for the end-to-end implementation of multiple campaign types.
+ Performance Analysis: Analyse and report on campaign performance across leading DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon. Provide in-depth analysis that demonstrates results and key learnings to inform future campaign decisions.
+ Stakeholder management: Build strong and trusted relationships with internal team and clients through regular communication.
**Qualifications**
**Who Are You?**
+ 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, specializing in programmatic disciplines and/or vendors within the programmatic demand & supply ecosystem.
+ Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Adservers, DSPs, SSPs) and the European media marketplace.
+ Ability to provide consultative advice to advertisers on programmatic campaigns and attribute value to cross-channel marketing outcomes.
+ High attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance and due diligence.
+ Proficiency in using technology to solve client business challenges and increase efficiency in work outputs.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable business insights.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present the benefits of Publicis solutions.
