**What You Can Expect**
Global Business Services (GBS) drives alignment among business units to integrate governance, locations, and business practices across the enterprise to achieve transformative performance improvements. GBS drives collaboration and sharing to improve delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. The Global Process Owner (GPO)/Director of Record to Report (RTR) is responsible for streamlining and improving RTR end-to-end processes globally, while overseeing execution of key internal controls. The role focuses on driving the current delivery organizations to meet KPI targets, and drive process improvement capabilities across the entire RTR cycle to harmonize, standardize, improve, and automate. Also responsible for managing the Intercompany Center of Excellence, which includes 25+ FTEs across the globe (both captive and BPO) to ensure efficient and accurate intercompany process flows to enable the Company to execute its closing cycle.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Work with senior stakeholders throughout the organization, to align functional goals and objectives to GBS delivery and improvement imperatives.
+ Work closely with other GBS tower leads to ensure R2R strategy remains aligned with overarching GBS strategy
+ Partner with functional leaders to drive day-to-day operations and deliverables in a variety of RTR processes.
+ Help functional leaders to set policies and strategy goals for their E2E processes.
+ Design and oversee implementation of a portfolio of projects to standardize & simplify processes across all Regions, including driving a faster monthly closing cycle, without compromising internal controls.
+ Develop and meet an annual continuous improvement target for both cost and quality for each.
+ Recommend and implement a variety of process improvements, technology implementations, and automations to streamline the efficiency and effectiveness of the RTR processes.
+ Be accountable for the total global cost, the total global quality, the total global simplicity, and the total velocity, of the RTR processes with the objective of driving improved stakeholder satisfaction.
+ Manage senior stakeholders throughout the enterprise to collect VOC feedback, escalations, and business needs, and convert this into RTR policies and procedures.
+ Develop RTR team members to promote career development and progression.
+ Build and implement a unified global reporting structure and accompanying dash-boarding systems that align with stakeholder expectations.
+ Design and run global governance structure for a variety of RTR processes.

**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Extensive knowledge of all functional components within the RTR function. Must have deep accounting and finance background, technology experience, reporting, fixed assets, closing and consolidations, intercompany experience, GL design experience, etc.
+ Must have experience leading operations teams in the RTR space
+ Must have experience shaping global RTR policy and standardizing procedure across multiple geographies & IT systems
+ Must have extensive knowledge of both outsource provider (BPO) services and shared service center operations. Must have either built or run a Finance SSC or RTR GBS delivery group.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel equally comfortable on a shop floor or in a boardroom. Must be collaborative and be able to effectively facilitate information across multiple teams and functions.
+ Must have deep business acumen, knowledge of the Med Device industry a plus, and a broad base of knowledge for how other companies have built and deployed GBS RTR capability.
+ Must be an excellent and motivational people leader, capable of finding, coaching, and promoting a diverse and inclusive team of top talent
+ Must understand the impact of RTR processes on the internal control environment, maintaining high standards of compliance and integrity.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Understanding of industry trends and competitive strategy outlook in order to identify opportunities.
+ Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of Blackline and Alteryx encouraged
**Your Background**
+ Bachelors Degree in a business or finance related field of study. MBA or equivalent Masters degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years work experience in the RTR space inside large and complex multinational organizations. Additional experience preferred.
+ CPA required; must be up to date on CPE accreditation requirements
+ Must have a working knowledge of other global accounting standards from LATAM, EU, and APAC regions (ex. IFRS, IASB)
**Travel Expectations**
+ Stakeholder interactions will be primarily in Warsaw, IN and Stamford CT, so living near one of these locations is preferred.
+ Occasional travel may be required to meet other regional stakeholders and oversee implementations in other regions.
+ Up to 25%

Expected Compensation Range: $167k to $200k, plus bonus/LTI
