What You'll Do
The Global External Relations and Events Specialist will report to the Global External Relations Director and help manage BCG’s global partnership with TED and coordinate event amplification campaigns for BCG’s presence at global flagship events, including WEF Davos, Cannes Lions, MWC, CES, etc.
On TED, you will be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end management of the relationship, including:
Project management and curation (in collaboration with TED) of TED@BCG events for local live audiences, including branding, communications, speaker identification and coaching Ongoing promotion of TED Talks and the TED partnership across channels Drive annual multi-channel ad campaign across TED’s digital platforms Manage TED training collaborations and other special projectsOn Global Event Amplification, you will support the creation and delivery of multichannel internal and external communications campaigns around BCG’s presence at flagship events such as WEF Davos, Cannes Lions, MWC, CES, etc., including:
Work with internal marketing teams, such as social media, media relations, email, content, and web, to support the creation and amplification of content for maximum reach and impactProject manage the end-to-end delivery of the communications plan from brainstorm to execution and measurementEnable local and practice area marketing teams by communicating and distributing information and being a point of contact to ensure clarity, consistency and delivery as the campaign is activatedCapture metrics and build post-event campaign reports in conjunction with channel ownersYOU’RE GOOD AT

Undergraduate degree from a respected institution requiredAt least 2-3 years professional experience with a focus on partnership management, marketing, communications, ideally in a professional services firm or a global media organization; international experience a plusExperience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Trello, Slack, PowerPoint, ExcelVery strong written and spoken English language skillsWho You'll Work With
You will have broad contact across the global marketing functions as well as Practice Area and local marketing teams involved in the associated projects.
