Description of the job: We are looking for a professional with a background in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields, with a commercial profile and a strong service orientation, to join our Capital Expenditures team.

 

Qualifications:

 

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees, managerial levels and third parties. Commercial interest. Negotiation and problem solving skills. Analytical approach. Excellent command of IT operative systems: Excel Advanced, Word, Powerpoint, SAP, Power BI.

 

Main responsibilities:

Maximizes investment opportunities, applying business strategies to

    sectors under supervision,developing and implementing goods and services.

That may result in economic and/or technical advantages for the

companies supplied by Exiros.

Coordinating with the customer the market scouting activities. Meets the terms for each project participating in the specific

definition process, monitoring all purchasing management stages,

ensuring supplier sourcing to drive business competitiveness and monitoring delivery.

Increases business competitiveness on the negotiation process,

performing a technical analysis of the offers submitted by the user,

with the respective economicfinancial assessment. Analyzes requirement

notes, contracts and agreements and approves them according to

authorization level.

Monitors (jointly with Exiros Global Investment Organization) the

investment plan and the foreseen development activities of the companies

Exiros serves, plans and coordinates the activities in the region under

his/her responsibility.

Provide appropriate feed back (Management control) to Exiros Regional Director and to Global Investment Director. Understand the relevant safety parameters associated with each type of

purchase, and select suitable suppliers accordingly (ie: Safety

indicators, HSE audits results)

Ensure that our suppliers know TS/TX/Exiros HSE polices for critical

services.
