What You'll Do
Our Global Businesses & Functions (GBF) People Team has an opportunity for a Senior Director to join our HR Business Partnering team. As a GBF HR Senior Director, you will serve as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact for the leadership team members of our Legal and Risk function, driving their talent and workforce agenda from strategy to implementation.
You will:
Serve as a strategic business advisor and talent subject matter expert to the Legal and Risk Leadership Teams, Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Risk Officer Demonstrate a significant understanding of organizational design and development, utilizing analytics, trend analysis, project management and communication skills to translate business strategy into talent solutions to increase overall organizational capabilities, culture, talent and operational efficienciesAct as a catalyst for change: assessing, developing and enabling the necessary organizational programs aligned with business strategy and objectivesEnsure effective strategic workforce planning for the Legal and Risk functions including capacity, talent, organizational and change strategiesCollaborate with functions to develop robust talent agendas aimed at attracting, retaining, developing & engaging talent in critical rolesLeveraging your understanding of business goals and market trends and use those insights to recommend, influence and drive new talent approaches, business objectives, and development of Legal & Risk teams Coach senior leaders on complex leadership challenges related to people topics incl. development, talent performance Ensure teams responsible for end-to-end execution of all people processes (workforce management, talent reviews, performance processes, compensation etc.) support a “best place to work environment” and maximize employee engagementDrive employee engagement & retention plans for the businesses, including assessment, analysis & facilitation of plans to address turnover and workforce issuesPartner with other functions & internal resources to execute on initiatives & client specific programs incl. working with other HRBPs to share best practices, drive consistent talent initiatives etc…As a member of the GBF People Leadership Team, work in partnership with other members to help shape agendas for and lead initiatives on behalf of broader teamWhat You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Design & Development, Business Administration or other related field is required; advanced degree preferred12+ years of relevant experience working in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to Senior level/Executive leadership team membersStrong knowledge of performance management, talent development, using data and compensation managementConsulting skills that can be applied to problem solving with excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence company leaders (strong excel skills, deck writing, comms…)Additional info
