Purpose: The goal of this role is to lead the demand generation team in the execution of the Therapeutic sales plan. Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the demand generation team. Meets or exceeds established goals through the implementation of promotional activities. At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. You will be responsible for: •Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates the performance of sales representatives (field force). •Establishes team and individual goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance. •Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed. •Allocates or adjusts resources as needed. •Ensures all promotional activities are in compliance with all company regulations, policies and procedures. •Collects, analyzes and utilizes all necessary marketing information. •Works in collaboration with all commercial organization (SAMs, KAMs and access reps) to deploy specific plans and actions for customers in the territories, including participating in non-clinical negotiations as appropriate. •Analyze daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports and sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity on both a group and individual level. •Leads specific promotional events or projects to improve product/TA performance. Works closely with CVT to execute annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives. Qualifications / Requirements: •Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience •Professional education •Demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical, leading and developing sales teams. •Understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry, especially Colombia in highly specialized (alto costo) products. •Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical and digital channels skills. •Winning mindset to work in a high performing team •Positive dissatisfaction and aspiration to beat the odds •Customer centricity and strong customers relationship (HCPs, Health Institutions) •Intermediate English level. •Availability to travel 40% of time
