**Job summary** As a GeoSpatial Analyst at our MNC you will leverage your expertise in geospatial data to support our knowledge management strategy. With 2 to 4 years of experience you will work in a hybrid model during day shifts ensuring seamless service desk operations and contributing to our strategic goals. **Responsibilities** + Analyze geospatial data to support decision-making processes and enhance service desk operations. + Develop and maintain geospatial databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into knowledge management strategies. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for geospatial tools and applications. + Create detailed maps and visualizations to communicate geospatial information effectively. + Conduct spatial analysis to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategies. + Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all geospatial activities. + Train and mentor team members on geospatial tools and best practices. + Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technology and methodologies. + Contribute to the development of geospatial standards and protocols within the organization. + Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of geospatial solutions. + Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations. + Support the continuous improvement of geospatial processes and workflows. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in geospatial analysis with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. + Demonstrate proficiency in geospatial tools and software such as ArcGIS or QGIS. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Have experience in service desk operations and providing technical support. + Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. + Display strong communication skills for effective knowledge sharing. **Certifications Required** Certified GIS Professional (GISP) or equivalent certification.
