General Accounting Team Leader for E-mobility

Your role and responsibilities

Primary role of the Controlling, Reporting and Accounting area is to ensure R2R Controls and Policy adherence for respective R2R areas operated for E-Mobility. In this role, you will perform daily tasks and activities, control & validation as well as process expertise, in order to deliver target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics for E-Mobility division. Your responsibilities: • Performing daily complex accounting and reporting tasks and activities for E-mobility Division in order to deliver target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics (for respective area of responsibility);• Preparation of various reports, commentaries (on monthly, quarterly and annual basis);• Analysis of the E-Mobility division in general accounting area;• Supporting E-mobility Division and business with accounting & operational challenges and issues;• Focusing on continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner for E-mobility;• Acting as control performer for internal controls for respective GA areas and ensuring that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented;• Encouraging data driven assessments and proposals to solve complex business problems;• Remaining in contact with key business stakeholders with the needs of businesses;

Qualifications for the role

Extensive experience in Accounting or Controlling, Knowledge and understanding of service accounting and revenue recognition; Proven analytical ability; effective problem identification and solution skills; Great communication, high sense of ownership and can-do attitude; Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidence in information produced; Ability to work well under pressure (meeting deadlines with highest quality); Advanced Excel, SAP knowledge; Fluency in English - written and spoken
