Classification: Full Time
\nShift: Overnight (10:00pm – 6:00am): including weekends and holidays.
\nHourly Wage Range: $21.61 - $24.01
\nLicense: Valid driver’s license required.

What will I be doing?
\n\nPark and Retrieve cars in the Valet parking lot and assist guests with their luggage. To facilitate the financial control of valet and self-parking fees as well as control of car keys. Proactively assist in improving customer service and the quality of guest.\nParks and retrieves cars from the valet lot and assists guest with their luggage upon arrival and departure from the hotel.\nReceives, retrieves, logs, inventories, and monitors keys for guest vehicles.\nCollects, reconciles, and maintains accurate accounts of money during shift. Balances and post charges at the end of shift.\nAssist customers with questions and/or concerns immediately in a friendly and sincere manner. Provides detailed information on special activities and promotes Hilton Marketing programs.\nMakes, confirms, and monitors transportation activity in Main entrance.\nSupports other staff as business needs require. \nWhat are we looking for?
\nEDUCATION
\nHigh School graduate or equivalent preferred.
\n\n
EXPERIENCE
\nPrior guest service or other hospitality preferred.
\n\n
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
\nValid driver’s license required.
\n\n
GROOMING
\nAll team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
\n\n
OTHER
\nApplicants with additional language skills preferred.
\n\n

\n\nAbility to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions.\nAbility to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.\nAbility to read English language sufficient to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks to write numbers and names on claim checks and rooming lists.\nAbility to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 100 lbs. continuously throughout shift.\nAbility to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.\nSufficient manual dexterity in one hand to be able to load and unload luggage.\nAbility to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property.\n\n\n
