WHAT YOU'LL DO
A Front Desk clerk at our Cedar Valley Inn serves our guests by providing great customer service throughout all stages of the guests' stay. This person is responsible for efficient check-in and check out while following policies and procedures and being aware of the hotel layout. Communication between departments is also expected as guests typically seek assistance at the desk.Must possess strong guest service skillsMust be sales-minded.Ability to work independently or with a team.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand and carry out instructionsAbility to maintain a calm and professional manner under stressProficient computer skillsMust be able to speak, read, write and understand EnglishUnderstand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling procedures.
