Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking  Floor Technicians to join their team. As a Floor Technician- DY, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floor Technician- DY

Location: Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $15.25/hour

What's the Job?

Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Build product subassemblies or final assemblies. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices. Strong communication skills to provide production reports to supervisors. Attention to detail for quality assurance and compliance with regulations. Basic understanding of production equipment and safety protocols.
