Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a 1st & 2nd Shift Finish to join their team. You will be part of the production department supporting the finishing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finish Production Worker
Location: Monticello, IN
Shifts: 1st (7a - 3p) or 2nd (3:30p - 11:30p)
Pay Range: Competitive and BOE

What's the Job?

Use hand tools and measuring tools to complete finishing tasks. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the finishing process. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

What's Needed?

Prior experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Basic understanding of hand tools and measuring tools is a plus.
