Financial Planning & Analysis Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

•\tPerforming analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.•\tPerforming benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.•\tPerforming closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.•\tWorking with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.•\tFinancial analysis for various “what if” scenarios and sensitivity analysis and the overall im-pact to the Divisions.•\tPerform Capital investment evaluation using NPV / IRR techniques. Preparing and analyz-ing ad-hoc reports as per division’s / function’s request. •\tPreparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios. Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of in-ventories, NWC

Qualifications for the role

\tExperience required – 3-7 Yrs\tFlexible with shifts - Morning Shift - 6AM - 3PM and 12PM - 9PM and 10:30 AM- 7:30 PM\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS Office\tDegree – CMA/ ICWA/CA/ MBA Finance\tThorough / detail oriented approach.\tStrong communication skills.\tHands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
