Support deal negotiation and financial analysis. Partner with accounting / incentive team to consolidate month-end and quarter-end close and incentive summaries. Support includes: + Perform variance analysis on incentive / rebate (actual vs budget, claim vs accrual, etc.) + Tracking incentive deals system update and approval process to make sure all deals are updated in the system by deadline and in compliance with SOX control + Provide financial and business analysis on deal negotiations to Product Management and Business Development team + Build, maintain, and publish dashboards and reports in either Tableau or other formats + Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the finance organization to craft consistent reporting and messaging + Ad hoc data requests and pricing analysis support + Ad hoc analysis to provide decision support for key business initiatives and special projects. **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree. • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field + 4+ years of big 4 auditing experience + Advanced proficiency in Tableau (ability to develop interactive dashboards utilizing features such as parameters, sets, calculated fields, LOD expressions, user filters, action filters, etc.) + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage various projects under strict deadlines + Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong problem solving ability + Strong ability to collaborate across departments + Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint) + Prior knowledge of Cognos TM1 Although this role has some expected minor physical activity, this should not deter otherwise qualified applicants from applying.
